Greek Summer Flavours - Monday 17th June

In the 'Greek Summer Flavours' course you'll learn how to make some truly authentic Greek dishes. You'll make Tzatziki (yoghurt and garlic dip), Dolmades (stuffed vine leaves), Spanakopita (spinach pie), Greek salad (tomato, cucumber and feta cheese salad), Moussaka (a dish with layers of aubergines and courgettes, spiced meat filling and a delicious creamy bechamel sauce - there will also be a vegetarian alternative for those who prefer) and Galaktoboureko (a set custard pie with filo pastry).

The course will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes we've made.

Lunch, refreshments and course material are all included.
