Summer Desserts - Tuesday 25th June

In the 'Summer Desserts' course, you'll learn how to use gelatine, make sweet shortcrust pastry, make mousse (flourless cake) and meringues. The workshop includes demonstrations, instructions and guidance on how to make Pimm's and mixed berry jelly with orange Cream, chocolate cloud cake with Chantilly cream strawberries and praline, lemon mini tarts and a pistachio meringue roulade with raspberries and Coulis. There will be plenty of hands-on experience during the session.

At the end of the class you will take home some of the desserts you have made during the workshop along with a recipe and method booklet, to remind you of what you have learnt.

Lunch, refreshments and course material are included in the price.
