Greek Mezze - Tuesday 6th August

In the 'Greek Mezze' course you'll learn how to make some truly authentic dishes. With our guidance you'll make Tzatziki (Cucumber-Yogurt Dip), Melanzanosalata (Aubergine Dip), Xtipiti (feta and chilli dip), Xoriatiko psomi (village bread), Melitzanes and kolokythia tyganita (fried summer vegetables), Ntakos (barley rasks with tomatoes and mizithra cheese), Garides saganaki (King Prawns cooked with Tomatoes, ouzo, Garlic and Feta), Spetsofai (sausage and pepper stew), Kolokithokeftedes (Courgette Fritters) and Karydopita (Walnut and chocolate cake).

The course will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes we've made.

Lunch, refreshments and course material are included in the price.
