Cookery Day Courses

The school offers interactive, hands-on cooking classes with top chefs from busy successful restaurants in a relaxed  and friendly environment.

You will spend the day learning new cooking skills while producing a delicious, three-course lunch. The school primarily uses seasonal and local produce and will cook lots of seafood. We will show you how to select fresh fish and how to prepare it for cooking.

The couses that we offer are aimed at everyone regardless of ability or cooking experience. The classes are small and intimate, catering for a maximum of ten guests.

The Day

Your day begins at 10am with coffee and something freshly baked and delicious around the table where we will discuss the days cooking.

We will then begin preparing lunch, from scratch, with demonstrations of fish preparation including filleting and pin boning. We will prepare lunch together with plenty of guidance and expert advice .

When lunch is ready we will sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labours. After you have enjoyed your lunch there will be plenty of time for discussion.

Your day will finish around 3.00pm.
