In the 'Christmas cakes and puddings' course, you'll make and take home (allowing them to mature) for you to enjoy on Christmas day, a Christmas pudding, a Christmas cake and traditional mince meat. We'll also make and enjoy after our lunch a mince meat and pear tart with amaretto custard that you can cook for your guest some time during Christmas.

All ingredients and equipment are included in the price, as are lunch and refreshments. You will take home a recipe and method booklet, to remind you of what you have learnt.
